Venture to True Food Kitchen

While cleaning out my iPhone, I saw some photos that reminded of the amazing experience I had at Santa Monica's True Food Kitchen. During a celebratory lunch for a co-worker's birthday, I had, what I can honestly say, was one of the best food-experiences I've had since moving to LA.

I scoped out the menu beforehand and was instantly overwhelmed with all the amazing-ness, that their menu had to offer. Fortunately, a coworker and I decided to split two dishes, the Ahi Tuna Sliders and the Mediterranean Salad. I could NOT have been happier with our decision!

My favorite part of the two was definitely the Kale Salad and the flax-seed buns, both which came came with the sliders.

 Mediterranean Chopped
Cucumber, Olive, Feta, Quinoa, Marcona Almond, Cherry tomato, Lemon Oregano Vinaigrette. 

Ahi Tuna Slides with Tuscon Kale Salad and Sweet Potato Fries
Fresh julienne vegetables, avocado wasabi mayonnaise and a sweet and salty soy glaze or flat-seed, whole wheat buns.
Salad: Kale, Parmesan and Bread Crumbs
